Ascend Conference Recap
On November 12th our team, along with like-minded professionals in the community, met at the brand new Peterborough Canoe Museum for our annual “Ascend” Conference in preparation for the year ahead. There was a ton of information shared, motivational speakers, team building exercises and most importantly, in- depth discussions about what’s expected within the real estate market in 2025.
One speaker in particular really stood out to me, Ben Rabidoux from Edge Realty Analytics. Ben shared important data and insights in order to equip our team with as much information as possible so that we can best serve our clients moving forward this year.
He prepared a presentation that I wanted to share with you forecasting what is anticipated in 2025 with the Real Estate Market here locally.
